Dinner's Ready

Do you need a home cooked meal tonight but don't have time or energy to cook one? Let me help you out. I am starting a new business and would love to creat a warm homemade dinner for your family.

Each Tuesday I will post a menu for the following Monday evening's meal. You can email your order to me and I will send you an invoice through paypal. You can use your debit or credit card.

Can't eat at home on Monday? Stick your dinner in the refrigerator or freezer and just re-heat anytime for a quick and easy homecooked meal.

The Garden Project

So the kids and I are going to try our hand at a vegetable garden this year. A few weeks ago we were eating Sunday Lunch with some friends from church and they began to tell us about a gardening technique they were going to try this year. It's called "no dig" gardening. You use conditioned hay bales to plant your vegetables in. The idea really caught on with Preston and he came home to do some research on the internet. I was amazed at how excited he was over the idea.

So last week we started a few vegetables and probably have enough to plant the entire neighborhood with squash.

Here is a picture of our little seedling poaking their head's up to welcome the sunshine.

Setting Up Shop

I am in the process of setting up a shop on Etsy.com. If you havn't checked that place out you should. It's such a cool place where all the cool designers hang out. :) I have purchased several things at etsy and loved every one of them.

I've cleaned out my pattern drawers and am selling off a few things that have never been used.

I have also listed 4 new bags and they are just waiting to go to a good home. This one is just perfect for spring. I can't wait for some warmer days to arrive. It was wayyyyy too cold here this week.
